METHODOLOGY

Data analysis was conducted from an Indian telemedicine platform during 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023.

A total of 4,918,036 user logins were analysed across India.

Demographic and speciality specific examinations of 2,13,270 consultations

Patient Satisfaction (PSat) ratings (1 to 5 rating scale) were analysed for corresponding consultations.

This study showcases a high acceptance rate in Tier 1 cities, especially among the younger demographic.
